POLICIES

Items purchased from Dawson Street are eligible for a full refund or exchange if returned within 7 days of purchase in original condition. Discounted items, including items purchased during site wide sales, are FINAL SALE and are not eligible for refund, exchange or store credit.

You should ship your exchange with a carrier that will supply you with a tracking number to ensure that your package will not get lost. Packages must be returned prepaid. We will not accept COD.

CONDITIONS

Items must be returned unworn, unwashed, undamaged, unused, and with all original tags attached. Please see the tips below for keeping your items in returnable condition:

       SHOES

  • Shoes scuff very easily on any hard surface. Always try on shoes on carpet. Shoe boxes are an important part of the product presentation and must be returned undamaged, along with the shoes.
      TOPS AND DRESSES
  • Please be careful of makeup or deodorant rubbing off on the garment.

REFUNDS

We will send you an email when your return package is delivered back to us. Please note, returns do take us 3-10 business days to process upon reaching our facility. Once your return is processed and your refund is issued, you will receive a refund confirmation email. Refunds can take several business days to reflect on your credit card account. This varies depending on your financial institution.

SHIPPING CHARGES

Shipping charges are not refundable.

POSSIBLE DELAYS

We do our best to ensure the timely delivery of all orders. When selecting standard shipping, please bear in mind that we are only provided with an estimated delivery date from our carriers. On a rare occasion, these packages can arrive outside of the estimated time frame. Dawson Street is not responsible for items lost in transit.
